PAT ROGERS, P.T., is a native of O'Neill, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln for her undergraduate studies and graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center - School of Physical Therapy in 1977. Pat practiced in California until she returned to Nebraska in 1990 to work at a local medical facility until 1992 when PTSR was established. |

MARK JOHNSON, P.T., is a Riley, Kansas native who did his preliminary studies at Kansas State. He graduated in 1989 from Kansas University Medical Center - School of Physical Therapy. He initially practiced in a regional Medical Center in Ottumwa, Iowa before moving to Hastings in 1990 to also work in a local medical facility until 1992 when PTSR was established. |

GENE PARKS, P.T., was raised in Fairbury Nebraska and graduated from Wesleyan University in 1975. Gene earned his degree in 1977 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center - School of Physical Therapy. He moved to Hastings following graduation where he worked at a local facility for 15 years. For 13 of those years, he was the Director of Rehabilitation before leaving in 1992 when PTSR was established. |

Chad Phinney, P.T., provides outpatient services at PTSR. He also travels to Red Cloud to provide inpatient and outpatient services at the Webster County Community Hospital. Chad graduated from Hastings Senior High School in 1995. He attended Nebraska Wesleyan University, receiving his bachelor’s degree in biology. He then graduated from the UNMC physical therapy program in May 2001 and has been at P.T.S.R. since. |

Brent Weston, P.T., provides general outpatient physical therapy services along with aquatic physical therapy at the Y.M.C.A.. He also works with athletes at Adams Central High School. Brent attended Chadron State College and received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2000. Brent grew up on a ranch near Springview. He worked in the Valentine area before accepting the position at PTSR. Brent joined the staff of P.T.S.R in August of 2002. |
Staff Occupational Therapist:

Chad Kudlacek, O.T., provides outpatient occupational services, including both a neurological and an orthopedic caseload. Chad graduated from East Butler High School in Brainerd in 1995. He attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and received his degree in occupational therapy from Creighton University in August 2001. Chad joined the staff of P.T.S.R. in September of 2003. |

Bryan Douglas, P.T.A., a Hastings native, provides outpatient physical therapy services including services provided at Webster County Community Hospital. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated in December 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. He then attended Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas to receive his Physical Therapist Assistant degree in August of 1995. Bryan joined the staff of P.T.S.R. in March 1992. |
