What is Physical Therapy?

Physical Therapist are are trained to assess joint motion, muscle strength and endurance, posture and body mechanics along with assessing the performance of daily tasks and job site analysis.  They provide services to alleviate pain, improve function, instruct in prevention of further injuries and restore and maintain quality of life.
